- All products are manufactured after ordering. (Please note that it is not pre-made.) When production begins, it is difficult to modify the product. 

 - Please check the contents you filled out. 

 - All products are made by hand. Therefore, the shape of the picture or the marbling and the arrangement of items or pictures, etc. may differ from product to product. (It is not produced exactly as shown in the picture). 

 - Please refer to it when ordering resin products. 

 1. Bubbles or scratches may occur during the process. This is not defective, so returns or exchanges are not possible. 

 2. Resin is discolored by sunlight over time due to its nature. 

 -All products take 7 to 14 days to produce. However, it takes more time depending on the delivery period, so please order with plenty of time. 

- After-sales service is not possible. -Returns/exchanges/cancellations are not possible due to a simple change of mind and the information above.
